"Can you make something different than what I see on your website?
Yes! I love custom orders! Feel free to email/inquire about something you've seen on social media. Often clients come to me with ideas and we make them a reality. I would love to help you achieve the design you are picturing!
**If I have to purchase a design I do not currently own in order to create what you want, I will add the cost of the design to your total. If I think I might use the design again with another client, I will charge you for half.
"How much does it cost to monogram _____?"
or "How much would it cost to add a name to _____?"
For this there is no straight forward answer! It very much depends on what you want to embroider and on what. I charge a minimum of $10 to add a monogram/name to something. That number may increase depending on what monogram/font you choose and the size of that design. Please shoot me an email and we can chat about the cost. Feel free to add a photo of the item if you think that will be helpful. Once you have agreed upon the price, we can discuss drop off of the item and payment options.
"How long will it take to receive my item?"
My production time ranges from 10-14 business days. This does not always mean it will take me this long! It just means that it could. If you need something sooner, please email me. Hopefully I will be able to help you out. In a case like this where you need something done quickly, I will charge a rush fee based on the cost of the item. This means the fee will be between 7 and 15 dollars. After an item is shipped it will arrive via first class mail (USPS) within 3-5 business days.
"How much is shipping?"
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item in order to keep your shipping cost as low as possible.
"What if I need to return an item?"
In the (hopefully) unlikely case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let me know. I put a lot of time and effort into making each item and I want you to love it. Please pay special attention when you are entering the font, thread color, and personalization info as that is the information I go off of when creating your item. If an error is made on my part I will either replace the item free of charge or refund the purchase price. I cannot do anything if the information was entered incorrectly by the customer. When an item ships you will be provided with shipping information. I am not liable for lost and stolen items after shipment.
